During the pandemic, we\u00a0added new clients and contracts\u00a0in each and every year, as well as experiencing\u00a0increased\u00a0number of\u00a0projects from our highly valued long-term client base. I have always maintained that\u00a0Thaison\u2019s greatest attribute, is our ability to\u00a0pull\u00a0through\u00a0together as a team\u00a0when the demands placed upon us are at their most challenging. I count myself very fortunate to lead a team who\u00a0truly is operating at the top of their game. We showed amazing\u00a0dedication, agility and work ethic, whilst rebuilding the energies and connectivity of working together once more within a safe office environment.<\/p>

Thaison has now progressed from a medium contractor to a large reputable construction firm. The reason for this progression lies not only in hard work and perseverance, but\u00a0also, in our commitment to satisfy our customers and clients in the best way possible. Ethics, professionalism, and quality are the pillars upon which our company stands.<\/p>

We have taken on construction projects in all major areas of the industry, including industrial, civil infrastructure, and\u00a0residential housing projects in different cities. Our route to success has been highly dependent on our competent team of professionals and our philosophy of upholding client satisfaction.<\/p>

I am also proud of our partnerships\u00a0over\u00a0the past years.<\/p>

We\u00a0collaborated\u00a0with DENR once more to support their forest operations in Rizal and Boracay.<\/p>

With this in mind, our commitment to sustainability efforts inside the project sites was redoubled in 2022. I was delighted to welcome more female colleagues to our sites and offices, ensuring we move forward into 2023 with a\u00a0diverse, multi-talented, and inclusive team.<\/p>

Speaking of 2023, Our goals are to expand our operations to more areas in the Philippines in order to increase our business opportunities. We believe with committed staff and employment of advanced project management techniques, we have a recipe for sustainable growth and achievement.<\/p>
