Message From Our President
First and foremost, we would like to thank all our stakeholders that helped us weather the crisis and get our company prepared to cope with this situation.
Our company has special responsibility during the past 3 years. We build hospitals that are essential to people’s lives. In those moments, our purpose and values mattered a lot to the people and communities that we serve.
It is in those times of crisis that heroes are born. In all modesty, I saw Thaison’s values shine in our people during those difficult times. Our employees and manpower are all considered frontliners and it is through their contribution, and going the extra mile that made all the difference, even if it entails sacrifices for them and their families.
During the pandemic, we added new clients and contracts in each and every year, as well as experiencing increased number of projects from our highly valued long-term client base. I have always maintained that Thaison’s greatest attribute, is our ability to pull through together as a team when the demands placed upon us are at their most challenging. I count myself very fortunate to lead a team who truly is operating at the top of their game. We showed amazing dedication, agility and work ethic, whilst rebuilding the energies and connectivity of working together once more within a safe office environment.
Thaison has now progressed from a medium contractor to a large reputable construction firm. The reason for this progression lies not only in hard work and perseverance, but also, in our commitment to satisfy our customers and clients in the best way possible. Ethics, professionalism, and quality are the pillars upon which our company stands.
We have taken on construction projects in all major areas of the industry, including industrial, civil infrastructure, and residential housing projects in different cities. Our route to success has been highly dependent on our competent team of professionals and our philosophy of upholding client satisfaction.
I am also proud of our partnerships over the past years.
We collaborated with DENR once more to support their forest operations in Rizal and Boracay.
With this in mind, our commitment to sustainability efforts inside the project sites was redoubled in 2022. I was delighted to welcome more female colleagues to our sites and offices, ensuring we move forward into 2023 with a diverse, multi-talented, and inclusive team.
Speaking of 2023, Our goals are to expand our operations to more areas in the Philippines in order to increase our business opportunities. We believe with committed staff and employment of advanced project management techniques, we have a recipe for sustainable growth and achievement.
We are very proud of our employees, whose dedication, talent, and loyalty made Thaison Builder an important force in the construction market.
