Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc., along with Clark Development Corporation, Archion Architects, and Thaison Builder and Developer Inc., marked a major milestone with the topping-off ceremony of the Pediatric Building at the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center (CMSMC). This event signifies the completion of the structure’s framework and underscores their shared commitment to advancing specialized healthcare services for children across Central and Northern Luzon.

Funded by Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc. (BCFI), the ₱1-billion Pediatric Center is the first major component of the Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center (CMSMC) to reach this stage of development. It stands as a testament to Bloomberry’s ongoing commitment to nation-building through meaningful investments in healthcare infrastructure.

As the project’s lead contractor, Thaison Builder and Developer Inc. played a pivotal role in reaching this milestone. Their expertise in constructing healthcare facilities has been instrumental in bringing the pediatric center closer to fruition.

With a focus on expanding pediatric healthcare access in Central and Northern Luzon, the Pediatric Building is designed to offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. This includes pediatric wards, diagnostic and treatment zones, and family-centered care facilities.

Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Vice President for Engineering Services Group Teresito Tiotuyco emphasized the significance of the project for the community. “Overall, the pediatric building is more than just a healthcare facility. This building is an integral part of the community that contributes to the overall well-being of children and their families,” he said.

The CMSMC, situated on a 5.7-hectare site along Prince Balagtas Avenue, is a flagship project under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Health Facility Enhancement Program (HFEP). It aims to decentralize specialized healthcare services, making them more accessible to communities outside Metro Manila.

With the structural phase completed, the project now transitions into interior and finishing works. The Pediatric Building is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2026, serving as a testament to the collaborative efforts of BCFI, Thaison Builder, and other partners in advancing the nation’s healthcare infrastructure.
