Our Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) have been the economic lifeline of the Philippines, with their remittances contributing to our country’s GDP. For decades they have supported millions of households and have powered the Philippine economy and now it’s our time to give back to our modern Filipino heroes.
Our administration has reassured our Filipino migrant workers of their enduring commitment to protect and prioritize their well-being especially amid the ongoing health crisis.
With the construction of the OFW Hospital and Diagnostic Center in Pampanga almost done, city officials led by the former president Gloria Macapagal–Arroyo and Labor Secretary Bebot Bello held a walkthrough and a signing of Memorandum of Understanding last Jan. 14, 2022.
This project is constructed by Thaison Builder and Developer, one of the leading hospital contactor in the Philippines and expected to be completed this 2022.
