Who We Are
Thaison Builder is a privately owned, ISO certified, AAAA contractor based in Metro Manila. It was formed in 1990 by founder Eng. August Cantor. Today, the focus is on building Healthcare facilities and providing lean construction methodologies in a diverse market segments. The company has earned recognition for undertaking complex projects, fostering innovation, and making a difference for their clients, employees and community.
Our core sectors are health, education, commercial & residential. Our reputation is for delivering exceptional projects whilst exceeding customer expectation. This is evident by the high-level of repeat business we receive from a very loyal client base. The company is financially robust with a strong balance sheet and continues to thrive through the current crisis and grow year on year.
OBJECTIVES
We pride ourselves in adding value and increasing savings for our clients. We have now constructed projects in multiple industries, such as commercial malls, medical facilities, hotels, F&B establishments, and residential and office buildings. Our teams are made up of individuals equipped with different skills, backgrounds, and passions, all of which fuels great collaboration. Our culture is founded on the philosophy that we are small enough to listen, big enough to deliver, and we have earned the reputation of being quality driven, offering each client the individual attention necessary to surpass their expectations.
The company also aims to change lives. Passionate in supporting charitable initiatives that contribute to the sustainability of its surroundings. Having been part of and hosted initiatives in support of the soldiers of Marawi, the sustainability of Boracay island, those affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano, and most recently those affected by COVID-19.

OUR EXPERIENCES
Since 1990, Thaison Builder has been a valued partner for construction services. With headquarters in Alabang, Metro Manila, we have projects that stretch from Batangas City all the way to Cebu City. Our project heads and engineering team develop well-planned solutions for our customers’ unique capital project needs.
Every Thaison project is driven by the importance we place on the value and safety of our customers. Our national expertise in medical facilities has given our teams the necessary know-how in designing and supplying indoor air quality systems. We also promote collaboration and creative thinking in our continuous effort to eliminate waste throughout our operations.
At Thaison, we are also adept at preconstruction services with our clients, such as engaging in value engineering and schedule optimization, which can shorten the delivery date and thus provide cost savings and added value for our clients.
