The Marikina Valley Medical Center (MVMC) Extension and Refurbishment is now 100 percent complete. Located on Sumulong Highway, Marikina Valley, the MVMC project began in October, 2018, and was completed in October, 2020.
Initially commissioned as the contractors for MVMC Inc., which is under the Manny V. Pangilinan Group, TBDI expanded its role to cover other scopes for the building’s improvement due to TBDI’s good relationship with MVMV. SP Castro Inc. and 260 Inc. were also on board as construction manager and consultant.
The project consisted of the renovation of the old hospital and the expansion of the main hospital to provide more room for MVMC’s new facilities and equipment, such as the operating rooms, intensive care unit, MRI, and CATHLAB.
