Thaison Builder & Developer Inc. has completed the contract signing of the Philippine Army Finance Center Producer Integrated Cooperative (PAFPIC) Annex 2 project, which will be the extension of the PAFCPIC compound located on Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The contract signing took place on June 26, 2020 at the 7th floor of the PAFPIC building. Attending representatives from both parties were BGen. Francisco M. Paredes (Ret.) and chairman and president BGen Fernando S. Zabat (Ret.) for PAFPIC and TBDI president Arthur R. Cantor and Engr. August B. Cantor for Thaison.
The Annex 2 will serve as a mixed use building, complete with basement parking and retail areas on the lower floors. The second and third floors will function as an office space, while the fourth and sixth floors will service as multi-purpose halls. The fifth floor is reserved for a dormitory area.
TBDI and PAFPIC have had a working relationship for almost 11 years, and the latest project will further enhance the partnership between the two organizations. It will mark the start for possible future projects between the two with TBDI’s Engr. August as PAFPIC’s consultant for property acquisitions and management.
